MY HISTORY OF EXPERIENCES:
I competed in drafting and architecture contests, collected field samples, studied the American Standard Testing Methods manual, cleaned labs, partnered with friends to develop, grow and sell a business, listened to and counseled distressed 14 & 15 year old boys, dug basements and graves, framed houses, tended bar, counted disease spores, planted and pruned trees, operated equipment, worked with cell cultures, studied the culture of plants in the central and southern United States, learned some Spanish, and explored the horticultural industry, ultimately gaining experience in a national high-end company to gain valuable experience in design, maintenance and construction. During all of these valuable experiences I studied and listened to the people with whom I worked and found that each of them taught me something. To some of them I am forever indebted for challenging me to continue to learn and aspire to the future. To others, I am appreciative for helping me to understand that life's limiting factors are my responsibility to overcome.
MY PHILOSOPHY:
You are the client and my responsibility is to address your needs. I have a bank of experiences, which afford me the opportunity to assess your needs. My responsibility is to consider your needs in the light of my experience and to provide you with recommendations and ultimately an aesthetic and functional environment, which provides for your family's maximum enjoyment over time.
MY WORK ETHIC:
I know how to plan, prepare and develop an environmentally aesthetic landscape. I will listen carefully to your needs, present you with a proposed plan, secure your acceptance, and, upon approval, secure the necessary materials and implement the plan in a financially and time efficient manner. |
